ABOUT COACH ONHEISER

Jessica Roguski Onheiser

Coach Onheiser is the founder and owner of Recruit-Her LLC. Recruit-Her is a women’s lacrosse company that offers services to improve individual and team skills through personal training sessions that increase physical strength and speed and mental knowledge of the game. For female athletes looking to play lacrosse at the collegiate level, Recruit-Her also offers recruiting consulting in order to educate players and parents about the multifaceted recruiting process.

Coach Onheiser believes in positive and encouraging coaching techniques that facilitate an environment for female athletes to increase their confidence, fine tune their skills, and develop their leadership presence. She values her past athletic experiences and assists young athletes in gaining this insight by working through challenging times, staying committed and self-motivated, contributing to their respective teams, and maintaining mental toughness.

Onheiser’s personal and professional lacrosse experience and expertise provide a solid foundation on which to build the Recruit-Her services.

Prior to starting Recruit-Her LLC, Coach Onheiser served as the Assistant Athletic Director and Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Garrison Forest School (2008-2012). While at Garrison Forest, Onheiser individualized the college recruiting process for her student-athletes and helped find the best schools academically and athletically for her players and their families.
